Join the B Corp Coffee Coalition

More and more companies in the coffee sector recognize that long-term resilience and responsible growth require collaboration beyond individual initiatives.

The B Corp Coffee Coalition offers a space to take part in that shift.

While all B Corps are already driving change, most challenges we face are systemic and cannot be solved by individual companies alone.

The B Corp Coffee Coalition brings together Certified B Corps across the coffee value circle to move beyond isolated initiatives and turn shared values into collective action.

Joining the coalition means being part of a growing group of leaders who are actively shaping a more resilient, regenerative, and equitable future for coffee.

Reasons to join the coalition

1. Act Together Where It Matters Most

Collaboration across companies, roles and regions leads to more robust, practical, and scalable approaches to shared challenges.

2. Rethink Business as Usual

By working together, members move beyond linear value chains toward regenerative, transparent systems where value is shared across the value circle.

3. Be Part of a Community

Composed exclusively of Certified B Corporations, companies that share high standards of transparency, accountability and the ambition to lead through collaboration.

Membership

Becoming a member gives you direct access to peer companies across the coffee value circle who are working on shared priorities.

Members participate in small, topic driven working groups, exchange practical experience with peers, and gain early insights into approaches, tools, and frameworks developed within the coalition. Regular coalition meetings create space for alignment, learning, and connection across companies and roles.

How we work

To ensure meaningful exchange and effective progress, each group includes between five and ten members. Participants are expected to actively contribute their expertise and dedicate the time needed to move the work forward. Working groups meet online at least once per month, with additional meetings scheduled when necessary. In addition, all members come together for occasional coalition-wide assemblies, typically once or twice a year, to share progress, exchange insights, and shape the collective direction of the coalition.

Fees

The B Corp Coffee Coalition reserves the right to introduce a membership fee in the future. Any such fee would be established solely to support the effective execution of the Coalition’s activities and objectives. This may include funding a central coordinator, covering third-party costs, developing practical tools and research materials for the benefit of members, and supporting essential operational needs such as digital platforms and domain management.
