The coffee industry is among the most climate vulnerable sectors, with smallholder farmers facing increasing uncertainty from weather volatility, price pressure, and persistent social inequities. It has become clear that resilience in the coffee sector depends on coordination beyond individual company efforts.

The coalition was created to turn this shared commitment into collective action, providing a dedicated space for members to align on shared priorities, exchange best practices, and collaboratively develop approaches that strengthen long-term sustainability, resilience, and equity across the coffee sector.
Progress will be driven through the coalition’s working groups, where members engage more deeply on specific topics and translate shared ambition into action.
