<\/span>Membership<\/h2>\n

Becoming a member gives you direct access to peer companies across the coffee value circle who are working on shared priorities.<\/span><\/p>\n

Members participate in small, topic driven working groups, exchange practical experience with peers, and gain early insights into approaches, tools, and frameworks developed within the coalition. Regular coalition meetings create space for alignment, learning, and connection across companies and roles.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>How we work<\/h2>\n

To ensure meaningful exchange and effective progress, each group includes <\/span>between five and ten members. Participants are expected to actively contribute their expertise and dedicate the time needed to move the work forward. Working groups meet <\/span>online at least once per month, with additional meetings scheduled when necessary. In addition, all members come together for <\/span>occasional coalition-wide assemblies, typically once or twice a year, to share progress, exchange insights, and shape the collective direction of the coalition.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The B Corp Coffee Coalition reserves the right to introduce a membership fee in the future. Any such fee would be established solely to support the effective execution of the Coalition\u2019s activities and objectives. This may include funding a central coordinator, covering third-party costs, developing practical tools and research materials for the benefit of members, and supporting essential operational needs such as digital platforms and domain management.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The purpose of the annual membership fee is to ensure sufficient funding to enable the effective execution of the Coalition\u2019s plans from the outset. This includes resourcing a central coordinator, covering potential third-party costs, developing practical tools or research materials for member benefit, and supporting basic operational needs such as web tools and domains.<\/span><\/p>\n

The fees for the B Corp Coffee Coalition are based on the company\u2019s annual turnover and run per membership year from 1 June to 31 May.<\/span><\/p>\n

For new members joining after 1 June, the initial fee will be calculated pro rata based on the number of remaining days in the year.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

To support the Coalition\u2019s launch phase, the membership fee for 2026 will be set at 50% of the standard annual amount.<\/span><\/p>\n

The annual fee is invoiced by B Lab Switzerland, acting as the Coalition\u2019s banker, in coordination with an appointed member of the Supervisory Board.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
